Amsterdam International Water Week 2025 is organised by Amsterdam RAI, one of Europe's leading convention and exhibition centres. Running from 3 to 7 November 2025 in Amsterdam, the event is a leading global gathering for water innovation, bringing together water professionals, city planners, engineers, policymakers, and technology providers to address the most pressing urban water challenges of our time.
The week combines the renowned Aquatech exhibition — the world's largest trade show dedicated to water technology — with a series of high-level conferences, workshops, and networking events focused on smart water management, flood resilience, water reuse, and nature-based solutions for urban water systems. The Netherlands, with its centuries-long expertise in water management and its unique geographical relationship with water, provides the perfect setting for this international event.
Key themes include the deployment of IoT sensor networks for real-time water quality monitoring, digital twin technology for modelling and managing complex water infrastructure, AI-powered leak detection and predictive maintenance, and climate-adaptive strategies for water conservation in rapidly urbanising regions.
